Personality Dimensions® will foster and deepen understanding of self and others; develop the ability to communicate with and understand individuals of all temperaments; improve relationships with family and friends; and build strong interpersonal relations.

In the Corporate World

Where effective training and development is essential for meeting strategic objectives - an understanding of personality or temperament theory is a very effective tool in facilitating team creation and building; in corporate communications; and in enhancing customer service and satisfaction, providing innovative solutions to problems by tapping into the creative energy of every temperament type, to enable them to quickly adapt to rapidly changing conditions. Personality Dimensions® promotes the acquisition of tools and techniques for engaging different personality types in the creative problem solving process. The emphasis is on positive, affirming self-discovery, regardless of the environment. The ability to work well with colleagues and co-workers is more important than ever simply because, in order to leverage limited resources to maximum effect, so much work is being done in a team setting.

In Education and Career Development

Personality Dimensions® is the vehicle by which educators can become aware of their own strengths and values, and the strengths and values of their students. Educators will be able to design and implement curriculum components to more effectively work with their students and help students to gain a greater sense of self-worth as well as an ability to recognise and maximize their natural preferences in a variety of school experiences. The ability to work well in groups and teams, as well as independently, is more important than ever in preparing students for their career-life path.

Audience:
Public, private, students, employment programs, employees, educators, leaders.

Workshop size:
Minimum 14 participants, maximum 25.

Participant Materials:
Participant Packs ("Regular" or "Basic"--suitable for youth, low literacy or ESL). These include: Score Sheet, Traits & Characteristics Choices, Introversion/Extraversion Quiz, and Personality Dimensions® PD In Action take-home information.

• Dependant on group needs and size.
• Brenda's bookings are typically for 9:00am to 3:00pm workshops, including 2 breaks and a min. 1/2 hour lunch break.
• Introductory workshops are available for a 3 hour minimum.
